Oldie, but goodie? Running old software, but need updates.
In the past 6 months, I’ve worked with customers running every version of Crystal (Reports, Server & Enterprise) since version 7. Next week I’m running an XI R2 training course. Today, I helped an engineering company with a Crystal Reports 9 problem.
As much as we’d all love to be running with the latest and greatest software, it’s not always possible. It may be due to budget, to the technical constraints of another product, or just viewing the software as a legacy product. It could even be that the benefits of newer products aren’t worth the time to upgrade.
So, you’re having a problem, need the update, but can’t find a download. We’d like to help! Over the years, we’ve built up a library of the installers and service packs of the major products. We don’t have everything, but we have enough to help most customers. If you bought the software from us or are currently using our consultancy services, we’ll let you access our download server free of charge. For everyone else, we’ll sort something out, just ask and we’ll see what we can do, and how much we’ll charge.
I have to stress, we’re just offering the installation and service pack files, not license keys.
